Car park cleaning Graz, swept before the first customers arrive
Car park cleaning in Graz as ongoing care or as a single major clean. We look after retail customer car parks, business sites and residential parking directly in Graz.
Graz lies in a basin, and you notice it on every car park: dust and fine particles settle, a lot of grit is spread in winter, and in spring it sits in every joint. The large customer car parks in the south of the city, the business sites in Puntigam, Liebenau and Gösting and the housing in Andritz or Straßgang therefore need cleaning that does more than a quick sweep.
01. Where in Graz we look after car parks
Retail in the south
Customer car parks of supermarkets and retail stores in the south of the city – high footfall, many trolleys, lots of packaging.
Business sites
Company car parks in Puntigam, Liebenau and Gösting with loading zones and staff parking.
Housing
Parking and bin areas of residential estates in the outer districts, coordinated with the property manager.
Visitor car parks
Practices, schools and offices where the car park is the business card.
02. What makes Graz different on the tarmac
Dust in the basin
Fine dust settles on surfaces and is stirred up again when it is dry. The sweeper picks it up instead of spreading it.
Lots of grit after winter
Graz grits heavily against ice. Spring cleaning also removes grit from joints and channels.
Leaves from green belts
Many car parks border trees and verges. In autumn an extra leaf clearance is added.
03. Our service on car parks in Graz
Sweeping the surface
Bays and lanes by machine, dust and grit collected.
Kerbs and corners
By hand where the machine cannot go – including around charging points and machines.
Trolley shelters and entrances
Shelters swept out, entrances free of cups and receipts.
Drains checked
Gully grates kept clear so heavy rain leaves no puddles on the bays.
