Fine cleaning after completion of the works
Cement haze, silicone and adhesive residue, paint splashes, labels and sanding dust. This assumes that offcuts and packaging have already left the site.
Glass and frames with construction soiling
Film adhesive, mortar splashes, silicone residue. Mechanical work only after a test and only on uncoated glass, otherwise with contact time and a pad.
Sanitary areas and tiling first-cleaned
Grout haze dissolved with an acid, silicone joints, covers, taps and outlets. On surfaces containing lime the agent is changed.
Interior fit-out and fitted units
Cupboard interiors, reveals, door linings, door leaves, socket surrounds, radiators including the gaps between, ventilation grilles and skirtings.
Floors ready for first maintenance
Construction dust out of the pores, film and adhesive residue, then first maintenance or a coating where the flooring has been released for it.
Ready for handover, with a record
Photographic documentation for each room, with the date, open points reported, and remedial work within 48 hours of the handover inspection included.

Final cleaning means this: the building work is finished, the handover inspection is the day after tomorrow, and the dust from the last sanding is still everywhere. The effort does not lie in the areas but in the residues — cement haze, silicone, film adhesive, labels, dust in joints and ventilation grilles — and in the dust that continues to fall from voids and suspended ceilings after the first pass. We therefore plan two passes with time in between, use acid only after testing the substrate, and document every room for the inspection. No subcontractors: whoever quotes for the work carries it out.

Rough construction cleaning and final cleaning are two separate services
Clearing away offcuts, packaging and coarse dust is the responsibility of the contractor carrying out the building work, and it is the precondition for the fine cleaning working at all. If the team arrives on a site that has not been cleared, the same thing gets cleaned twice. At the initial survey we say what condition the area should be in and when the appointment sensibly falls — usually after the last trade that generates dust.
Cement haze needs acid, but not everywhere
On porcelain stoneware an acidic cement haze remover with contact time is the right approach. On marble, limestone, terrazzo and cast stone the same agent etches the surface matt, and that cannot be reversed. That is why the substrate is identified and tested in a concealed place before any work is done on the area.
No blade goes near coated glazing
New windows frequently carry a solar control or anti-reflective coating on the outer face. Pushing mortar splashes off with a blade leaves fine scratches there which remain permanently visible against the light. We dissolve residues of that kind with contact time and a pad, and we report panes in which the damage was already in the glass before cleaning — after cutting work with an abrasive disc nearby, for instance.

What does Final Cleaning cost?

What changes the price: the area, the frequency, the condition at handover and the time of day the work is done. Two rules apply everywhere: a monthly flat rate is only offered for recurring cleaning at least once a week, including stairwells. One-off jobs, first cleans and deep cleans are billed by effort - depending on the service by the hour at a higher rate, by square metre or as a flat price - and travel time there and back counts.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, free of charge and without obligation. It is the only way to quote seriously, so we treat it as part of the offer, not as a service to be paid for.
Does the same person come every time?
Yes. The team is permanently employed and knows the building, the access arrangements and the routines. Cover is arranged in advance and named, and it works from the building log, not from a verbal handover.
Is your staff properly registered?
All of them, with social insurance. No chain of subcontractors in which nobody is liable at the end. Proof is provided on request.
What insurance is in place?
Public liability of €3m, covering personal injury, property damage and financial loss. The certificate is attached to the quotation.
What happens if something is not right?

Materials and equipment we bring. What helps is a lockable store with a slop sink, space for the trolley and somewhere for pads to dry — damp pads in a closed bag are the most common source of smell in an otherwise clean building.
What notice period applies?
The contract is terminable monthly. There is no minimum term and no automatic extension by the year.
