Linoleum, PVC, vinyl design flooring, sealed timber, natural stone, porcelain stoneware and coated screed all demand the opposite of one another. First the covering is identified, then the agent is chosen.
Deep cleaning down to the covering itself
By machine with the right pad or brush and a wet vacuum. Old polish and wax films come off completely, otherwise the new layer sits on the old dirt.
Initial dressing or a coating
Polymer dispersion in several thin coats with drying in between. The surface is only put back into use once it has cured, not when it feels dry.
Stain and special treatment
Rubber scuffs, adhesive residue, cement haze, rust streaks, paint splashes and marks from felt glides — each with the agent the covering will take.
Checking and keeping slip resistance
In kitchens, sanitary areas and workshops slip resistance is a requirement. The build-up is chosen so that the surface texture stays open.
Handover to the regular cleaning

Grey is usually the polish film, not the dirt
Mop-on maintenance products leave a thin layer behind with every pass. After months the dirt sits inside that layer, and each further pass makes the surface darker rather than lighter. What helps is a deep clean that takes the film off — not a stronger agent in the mop water and not more pressure.
Linoleum and PVC look the same and want the opposite
Linoleum is a natural product based on linseed oil: permanently strongly alkaline agents and wet standing in the sheet joints lead to yellowing and swelling. PVC and vinyl design flooring are insensitive to alkalinity but react to solvents and, where rubber feet stand on them, to plasticiser migration with permanent stains. That is why identifying the covering comes first and choosing the agent second.
Glossy and slip-resistant are two different aims
A thick high-gloss layer can clog the texture of a slip-resistant floor — and that texture is exactly what is required in kitchens, sanitary rooms and workshops. We agree the build-up area by area: matt and slip-resistant where work is done, gloss where the building presents itself. One build-up for the whole building is always wrong for part of it.

Yes, free of charge and without obligation. It is the only way to quote seriously, so we treat it as part of the offer, not as a service to be paid for.
Does the same person come every time?
Yes. The team is permanently employed and knows the building, the access arrangements and the routines. Cover is arranged in advance and named, and it works from the building log, not from a verbal handover.
Is your staff properly registered?
All of them, with social insurance. No chain of subcontractors in which nobody is liable at the end. Proof is provided on request.
