Who can submit a referral?

Anyone aged 18 or over – current or former customers, business partners, property managers or simply friends. You do not need to be a Bling Bling customer yourself.

How much is the reward?

A flat €50 if the referral results in a one-off cleaning. If it turns into a recurring contract, you receive 5 % of the net order value.

What counts as a recurring contract?

Any ongoing cleaning on a fixed schedule, such as weekly office cleaning, stairwell cleaning or regular window cleaning under contract.

When is the reward paid?

As soon as the referred customer has paid the invoice, usually within 14 days. For recurring contracts we settle per paid invoice.

Will the referred person learn my name?

Only if you want them to – just say so in the "Anything we should know?" field. Otherwise we only mention that we were recommended.

Can I refer more than one person?

Yes, without limit. Every referral gets its own number and is settled separately.

What happens to the data?

We use it only to get in touch and to settle the reward. If no order results, we delete the referred person's data immediately on request.

Does this apply outside Vienna?

Yes – wherever Bling Bling cleans: Vienna, Lower Austria, Graz, Linz and Salzburg.

1. How the referral works

Three steps, no sign-up, no account. You enter the details once – we handle everything else.

1. Submit the contact

Fill in the form below with your details and the person or company you recommend. You immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with your referral number.

2. We get in touch

We contact them, clarify their needs, arrange a free site visit if useful and send a written quote. We mention your name only if you want us to.

3. Receive your reward

Once the order is placed and the invoice is paid, we transfer your reward. For recurring contracts we pay 5 % of the net order value.

3. Conditions short and clear

New customer

The person or company you refer is not yet a Bling Bling customer and has not sent us an enquiry of their own in the last 12 months.

Order and payment

The reward is earned once an order has been placed, carried out and paid. A quote or a site visit alone does not count.

One-off or recurring

One-off cleaning: flat €50. Recurring contract: 5 % of the net order value, settled on the basis of paid invoices.

Payout

By bank transfer, usually within 14 days of payment. You can enter your IBAN in the form right away or send it later.

Consent

Please only refer people who agree to be contacted by us. Referring yourself is not possible.

First referral counts

If the same contact is submitted more than once, the first referral received applies. You may refer as many different contacts as you like.

Note for private individuals in Austria: referral rewards count as other income. They are tax-free if all such income stays below €220 per year; above that, please check with your tax adviser. Businesses send us an invoice.

4. Submit your referral
