Deep cleaning is not the same as restorative cleaning
The terms get mixed up, and that costs money. Restorative cleaning takes a coating off and builds up a new one; it needs machinery, drying time and usually a closure. Deep cleaning leaves the coating in place and catches up on what has been left behind. Order a restorative clean when you mean a deep clean and you pay twice as much — and the other way round you get a result that does not last.
The cost depends on the condition, not on the area
Two offices of the same size can be three times apart in the work involved, depending on how long it has been since the last deep clean. That is why there is no square-metre rate here, but a site inspection.
Once is not enough if the cycle stays too thin
A deep clean establishes a condition. If the running cycle does not hold it, the same backlog is there in a year. After the deep clean we say which item is missing from the schedule — even where that means, for us, that the next one comes later.

Materials and equipment we bring. What helps is a lockable store with a slop sink, space for the trolley and somewhere for pads to dry — damp pads in a closed bag are the most common source of smell in an otherwise clean building.
What notice period applies?
The contract is terminable monthly. There is no minimum term and no automatic extension by the year.
