Bulky waste is not a collective term for everything
Waste electrical equipment, refrigeration appliances containing refrigerant, fluorescent tubes, paints, solvents, batteries and waste oil are to be collected separately and handed to licensed facilities. That is not a recommendation, it is a requirement. Anyone who takes them along in the bulky waste risks the load being refused and, if it comes to it, proceedings against the client rather than against the driver. That is why with us the separation happens on site and every fraction is documented.
The route out determines the effort more than the quantity does
Four floors without a lift, a tightly winding stairwell, a courtyard with no vehicle access, or a no-waiting zone that first has to be applied for: that changes the duration far more than the contents of the flat do. That is precisely what we measure at the inspection, so that the budget set after the inspection holds and no surprise is added on the day of the clearance.

Yes. The team is permanently employed and knows the building, the access arrangements and the routines. Cover is arranged in advance and named, and it works from the building log, not from a verbal handover.
