Petrol Station Cleaning
Petrol Station Cleaning
A written schedule of services, the same registered team, and the price in writing after a free site visit.

02. What Petrol Station Cleaning at Bling Bling covers
The scope of work in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Klosterneuburg at a glance — what the contract says and what actually happens on site.
Pump island and forecourt
Concrete surface, dispenser housings, control panels, nozzles and hose holders, waste bins and the screenwash station. This is where the mixture of fuel, oil, tyre abrasion and grit collects.
Canopy, price pylon and fascias
Ceiling panels, light diffusers, advertising fascias and columns. Traffic soiling is a greasy fine dust and comes away with a mildly alkaline solution, not with more pressure.
Shop with food service area
Sales area, coffee machines, hot food counter, chilled shelving and the till zone, worked to a cleaning and disinfection plan and documented for the HACCP records.
High-frequency sanitary facility
WCs, urinals, washbasins and floors several times a day with a signed record. Uric scale is dissolved with acid, drainage gratings are lifted out.
Carriageway, entrance and edge zones
Bands of dirt in the driving lanes, channels, manhole covers, oil stains on the approach, the edge against the verge and external bins.
Water routed through the separator
Waste water is contained and taken through the separator installation. Which agents are permitted for that is agreed with the operator beforehand, not decided on the day of the work.
03. Petrol Station Cleaning: Bling Bling vs. the competition
A filling station is three premises in one: a traffic surface with a mineral oil load, a food business in the shop and a public sanitary facility with the footfall of a railway station. On top of that come two conditions that cleaning firms most often overlook: around the dispensers there are potentially explosive zones classified under the Austrian VEXAT regulation, and the waste water does not belong in the road gully but goes through the light liquid separator to EN 858. We agree zones, work equipment, water routing and cleaning agents with the operator before the first visit and work with a fixed team, because briefings for premises like these cannot be repeated from scratch every week. What the job covers and what it will cost is settled after the site inspection.

06. 10 reasons for Petrol Station Cleaning from Bling Bling
What a cleaning company has to be measured against — and which of it can be verified.
1In business since 2014
A family firm, not a franchise and not a broker — whoever quotes also carries out the work.
2Registered core team
Permanently employed and properly registered. No chain of subcontractors where nobody is liable at the end.
3The same people every time
The team knows the building, the access and the routines. Cover is arranged and named in advance.
4€3m public liability
Personal injury, property and financial loss covered; the certificate is attached to the quotation.
5RKI/VAH-listed agents, HACCP
Listed agents, trained staff, a cleaning and disinfection plan for each building.
6Multilingual
German, English and five further languages — the briefing gets through.
7No price without a site visit
A flat price over the phone rarely holds. After the visit the framework is set out in writing. A monthly flat rate applies to weekly recurring cleaning; one-off and deep cleans by effort - hourly, per square metre or flat - travel included.
8Dated proof
Record of each visit and photo documentation, reported monthly.
9One team for forecourt, shop and sanitary areas
The tenant has one contact instead of three, and the transitions do not fall between two contracts.
10HACCP-trained for the shop area
Coffee machine, hot counter and chilled shelving are handled to a plan and documented for the records, without the station's own staff having to fit it in alongside their work.
07. Petrol Station Cleaning in 5 more cities
Bling Bling works in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Klosterneuburg — with its own staff on site, not with subcontractors hired in.
08. Petrol Station Cleaning for 5 typical situations
The same service looks different depending on the occasion — these five situations come up most often.
After the cold season
Grit, salt crust and a salt haze on concrete, glass and metal, along with the beginnings of corrosion on channels and gratings.
An oil trail or a diesel spill
Taken up with absorbent granulate, cleaned afterwards, water routed through the separator, photographic record for the operator.
Before a new tenant takes over
The station is brought to a documented condition so that the baseline is established.
After rebuilding or replacing the dispensers
Drilling dust, sealant residue and adhesive marks on concrete, fascias and glass.
Before a brand or group inspection
Fascias, ceiling panels, price pylon, sanitary facility and shop to the brand owner's checklist.
★ Worth knowing
What is often misjudged about Petrol Station Cleaning
Said up front, on the facts — not after the invoice.
An oil stain in concrete is a problem of depth
Mineral oil migrates into the capillaries of the concrete; what a cold cleaner emulsifies is the portion at the surface, the rest stands underneath and re-emerges as a dark shadow as the surface dries. Done properly, the oil is first taken up with absorbent granulate and then worked with a poultice or paste method that draws the oil upwards, usually in more than one pass. Concrete that is entirely free of marks is not always achievable after years of operation — what is achievable we will say after a test area, and the only lasting answer is an oil-repellent impregnation or coating.
A strongly emulsifying cleaner can defeat the separator
Light liquid separators work by density: oil rises, water runs off below. Introduce surfactants in any quantity and a stable emulsion forms that no longer floats and passes through the installation with the waste water — the separating function is then technically out of action, and that shows up at the next inspection. This is why separator-compatible, non-emulsifying agents are used at filling stations, the water routing is settled beforehand, and the operator knows what is being used on the premises.
In the dispenser area the zone decides the equipment
Around filling points, tank chambers and vent lines there are potentially explosive zones classified under the Austrian VEXAT regulation; spark-producing engines, unsuitable electrical equipment and hot-water pressure washers with a burner have no place there. In practice that means the working area is marked out with the operator, equipment stands outside the zone, lines are run in, and on the surface itself only permitted equipment is used. Skipping that step saves half an hour of planning and puts the station's operating safety at risk.

●. Frequently asked questions about Petrol Station Cleaning
What does Petrol Station Cleaning cost?
There is no price before the site visit, and a figure given over the phone rarely holds. We look at surfaces, access and time windows, and then the cost framework is set out in writing with a schedule of services. What changes the price: the area, the frequency, the condition at handover and the time of day the work is done. Two rules apply everywhere: a monthly flat rate is only offered for recurring cleaning at least once a week, including stairwells. One-off jobs, first cleans and deep cleans are billed by effort - depending on the service by the hour at a higher rate, by square metre or as a flat price - and travel time there and back counts.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, free of charge and without obligation. It is the only way to quote seriously, so we treat it as part of the offer, not as a service to be paid for.
Does the same person come every time?
Yes. The team is permanently employed and knows the building, the access arrangements and the routines. Cover is arranged in advance and named, and it works from the building log, not from a verbal handover.
Is your staff properly registered?
All of them, with social insurance. No chain of subcontractors in which nobody is liable at the end. Proof is provided on request.
What insurance is in place?
Public liability of €3m, covering personal injury, property damage and financial loss. The certificate is attached to the quotation.
What happens if something is not right?
It is put right within 48 hours, in writing, at no extra cost. Measured against the schedule of services and a joint inspection, not against an impression.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes — early, late, at weekends or on public holidays. In occupied buildings, daytime cleaning in sections is often the better option, because the client sees the work and can raise anything immediately.
Do I have to provide materials or a room?
Materials and equipment we bring. What helps is a lockable store with a slop sink, space for the trolley and somewhere for pads to dry — damp pads in a closed bag are the most common source of smell in an otherwise clean building.
What notice period applies?
The contract is terminable monthly. There is no minimum term and no automatic extension by the year.
Do you also work in English?
Yes — German, English and five further languages. The briefing gets through, which matters more on site than it sounds.
Which documents do I get?
A schedule of services with frequencies, a dated record of each visit, photo documentation before and after, and a monthly report.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few working days of the quotation being accepted. Short-notice jobs are most readily possible in Vienna, because travel times within a district are short.
