Private Cleaning in Linz
A written schedule of services, the same registered team, and the price in writing after a free site visit.

02. What Private Cleaning at Bling Bling covers
The scope of work in Linz at a glance — what the contract says and what actually happens on site.
Floors according to the covering
Sealed parquet and laminate only damp-mopped, because the tongue and groove joints swell and the edges lift; oiled floors need a care product rather than a cleaner, natural stone a neutral pH. Tiles with cement joints may be treated more robustly.
Dust, high-level surfaces, glass inside
Skirtings, door leaves, radiator fins, light fittings, picture frames and the tops of cupboards; the inside faces of windows including frames and fittings by arrangement. That is the part which is the first to be left out in a quick clean.
A schedule of work and additional tasks
What is due at which visit is set out in a schedule for each household, including the floor coverings and the approved products. Inside the fridge, the oven, inside cupboards, the balcony, or laundry and ironing are agreed as items in their own right.
Appliances on the inside
The washing machine with its lint filter, door seal and detergent drawer, the dishwasher with its filter and spray arms, the kettle and the coffee machine descaled. These are the appliances that bring odour into the bathroom and the kitchen without anyone suspecting them.
Extractor hood including the grease filter
Metal grease filters are taken out and degreased with an alkaline agent, activated carbon filters only replaced, and the inside of the hood and the intake plate cleaned. A saturated grease filter is a fire load above the hob and not a question of appearance.
Textiles on the cycle
Rugs, runners, curtain hems, upholstery and mattresses are vacuumed and turned on the cycle, and bed linen is changed by arrangement. A deep clean with extraction is a separate appointment and not part of the weekly pass.
The iron-oxide-bearing dust from the industrial surroundings settles as a reddish film on light-coloured external window sills, balcony floors and railings; it is mineral, has to be taken up dry and must not be rubbed in, because otherwise it leaves scratch marks. The large blocks of flats with lifts and a set house regulation make time windows and key arrangements straightforward. Where flats have been insulated and given new windows after the event, we report condensation at the reveal and the roller shutter box at the cycle visit.
03. Private Cleaning: Bling Bling vs. the competition
In a private household two things matter that a firm has to provide and an informal arrangement at the kitchen table does not: reliability when someone is off, and a clear framework for registration, liability and keys. To that is added a knowledge of materials, because the most expensive damage in a household comes not from carelessness but from the wrong product on stone, wood or glass ceramic. We work with employed, properly registered staff, with a schedule of work for each household, keys signed for, and current public liability cover. We give the cost range after the inspection, because area, fittings and cycle determine the work involved. In Linz, Bling Bling works with the same core team that knows the building.

06. 10 reasons for Private Cleaning from Bling Bling
What a cleaning company has to be measured against — and which of it can be verified.
1In business since 2014
A family firm, not a franchise and not a broker — whoever quotes also carries out the work.
2Registered core team
Permanently employed and properly registered. No chain of subcontractors where nobody is liable at the end.
3The same people every time
The team knows the building, the access and the routines. Cover is arranged and named in advance.
4€3m public liability
Personal injury, property and financial loss covered; the certificate is attached to the quotation.
5RKI/VAH-listed agents, HACCP
Listed agents, trained staff, a cleaning and disinfection plan for each building.
6Multilingual
German, English and five further languages — the briefing gets through.
7No price without a site visit
A flat price over the phone rarely holds. After the visit the framework is set out in writing. A monthly flat rate applies to weekly recurring cleaning; one-off and deep cleans by effort - hourly, per square metre or flat - travel included.
8Dated proof
Record of each visit and photo documentation, reported monthly.
9Additional work without a second firm
Windows outside, upholstery, carpet, balcony and the insides of appliances we do with our own equipment and our own staff, rather than referring each surface to a different business.
10Keys with a record
Handover and return are signed for, safekeeping is regulated, and if staff change the handover is documented again. That is the point at which informal arrangements regularly fail.
07. Private Cleaning in 4 more cities
Bling Bling works in Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Klosterneuburg — with its own staff on site, not with subcontractors hired in.
08. Private Cleaning for 5 typical situations
The same service looks different depending on the occasion — these five situations come up most often.
After tradespeople or a renovation
Mineral fine dust sits on every high-level surface and in the textiles after sanding and drilling. That takes several passes with vacuum extraction, not one damp wipe.
Before or after a party
Beforehand the bathroom, kitchen, glass and floors; afterwards stains, kitchen and waste. Both are single visits and not part of the cycle.
A second home or a commuter flat
Airing, dust, bathroom, running the water against dry traps and a check before the owner arrives. The dated record of the visit shows that somebody was there.
A deep clean once or twice a year
Windows inside and out, inside cupboards, limescale in the shower, radiators, blinds. The pass for which the everyday rhythm has no room.
A household with a care or support service coming in
Where mobile services attend, cleaning is not their job and is still needed. We agree time windows and responsibilities so that nobody is in anybody else's way.
★ Worth knowing
What is often misjudged about Private Cleaning
Said up front, on the facts — not after the invoice.
The source of the smell in a household is usually an appliance
Anyone washing at thirty degrees with liquid detergent gives bacteria and fats the best of conditions in the outer drum, the door seal and the lint filter — the musty smell in freshly washed laundry comes from there and not from the detergent. What helps is a regular hot wash at sixty degrees with a powder detergent containing bleach, along with cleaning the seal, the filter and the detergent drawer, and leaving the door open. In the dishwasher it is the filter, the spray arm and the door rebate; in the coffee machine the brew unit. The extractor hood is the most important point: a grease-saturated filter reduces the extraction performance and, above a gas burner or in a fat fire, is the bridge that carries the fire to the hood.
Coatings and plastics do not forgive the standard cleaner
The screens of televisions, tablets and monitors have anti-reflective and oleophobic layers which are broken down by cleaners containing alcohol or ammonia — what remains afterwards is a patchy, milky image that can no longer be polished out. High-gloss kitchen fronts are lacquered or foil-wrapped surfaces: an abrasive pad, or a worn microfibre cloth with a grain of sand in it, puts in fine scratches that remain permanently visible in raking light. Acrylic glass on shower screens and furniture reacts to alcohol with stress cracking, and rubber seals and synthetic leather are made brittle by it. That is why we record in the schedule of work which surface is treated with what, and on screens we work exclusively with dampened, clean cloths.
In a household, moisture is a question of quantity
Four people put several litres of water a day into the room air through breathing, showering and cooking, and a clothes airer indoors adds another two to three litres per load. That moisture condenses on the coldest surface, and in an older building that is the window reveal, the roller shutter box or the corner of an external wall behind a cupboard with no gap. It is at the cycle visit that this is noticed first: dark spots in the silicone, condensation at the window rebate, a musty smell in a cupboard against an external wall. We report it instead of painting over it, because cleaning takes away the growth and not the cause — and where absorbent layers are affected, that belongs in mould remediation with measurement.

●. Frequently asked questions about Private Cleaning in Linz
What does Private Cleaning cost?
There is no price before the site visit, and a figure given over the phone rarely holds. We look at surfaces, access and time windows, and then the cost framework is set out in writing with a schedule of services. What changes the price: the area, the frequency, the condition at handover and the time of day the work is done. Two rules apply everywhere: a monthly flat rate is only offered for recurring cleaning at least once a week, including stairwells. One-off jobs, first cleans and deep cleans are billed by effort - depending on the service by the hour at a higher rate, by square metre or as a flat price - and travel time there and back counts.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes, free of charge and without obligation. It is the only way to quote seriously, so we treat it as part of the offer, not as a service to be paid for.
Does the same person come every time?
Yes. The team is permanently employed and knows the building, the access arrangements and the routines. Cover is arranged in advance and named, and it works from the building log, not from a verbal handover.
Is your staff properly registered?
All of them, with social insurance. No chain of subcontractors in which nobody is liable at the end. Proof is provided on request.
What insurance is in place?
Public liability of €3m, covering personal injury, property damage and financial loss. The certificate is attached to the quotation.
What happens if something is not right?
It is put right within 48 hours, in writing, at no extra cost. Measured against the schedule of services and a joint inspection, not against an impression.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes — early, late, at weekends or on public holidays. In occupied buildings, daytime cleaning in sections is often the better option, because the client sees the work and can raise anything immediately.
Do I have to provide materials or a room?
Materials and equipment we bring. What helps is a lockable store with a slop sink, space for the trolley and somewhere for pads to dry — damp pads in a closed bag are the most common source of smell in an otherwise clean building.
What notice period applies?
The contract is terminable monthly. There is no minimum term and no automatic extension by the year.
Do you also work in English?
Yes — German, English and five further languages. The briefing gets through, which matters more on site than it sounds.
Which documents do I get?
A schedule of services with frequencies, a dated record of each visit, photo documentation before and after, and a monthly report.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few working days of the quotation being accepted. Short-notice jobs are most readily possible in Vienna, because travel times within a district are short.
