    After signing in, the app recognises your role and unlocks only your area.

    Appointments and recurring cleans at a glance, invoices as PDF at any time, a before-and-after photo log after every clean. Plus the status of the key handover and a direct route for special requests.

    Customer, staff or office — at the top of this page or in the menu under „App“. The link takes you straight to the login.

    With the login details you received from us. Forgot your password? Reset it right in the login, no phone call needed.

    Put it on your phone

    Add it to the home screen on your phone. After that it opens with one tap, like any other app.

    The app runs on our own server in the EU. Your role decides what you see — not the link you arrive through.

    Do I have to download the Bling Bling app?
    No. The app runs in your browser, on the phone as well as on the computer. On a phone you can add it to the home screen and open it like any other app.
    How do I get my login details?
    Customers receive them once the contract starts, staff on their first working day. Office accounts are enabled personally by the management.
    I forgot my password — what now?
    Tap „Forgot password?“ in the login and follow the steps. If that does not work, a short message via WhatsApp or the form below is enough.
    Which area do I choose at the login?
    Customers choose „Customer“, our cleaning team „Staff“, administration and management „Office“. The app checks your role when you sign in anyway.
    Where do I find my invoices?
    In the customer area under invoices. Every invoice opens as a PDF and can be saved.
    Can I see whether the cleaning was done?
    Yes. After every clean there is a photo log with before and after pictures.
    Can I report special requests through the app?
    Yes, directly in the customer area. The request goes straight to the site manager in charge.
    Where do I find my rota as a staff member?
    In the staff area under rota, for the current and the coming week.
    How do I sign my timesheet?
    Open the monthly timesheet in the staff area, check it and sign on screen. If something is wrong, say so first — it is corrected and sent again for signature.
    Do I get my payslip through the app?
    Yes. Payslips and the annual payroll account are available as PDF in the staff area.
    Can I request holidays through the app?
    Yes, in the staff area. You also see there whether the request has been approved.
    Who can see my data?
    Only you and the responsible people in the office. Other customers or staff members cannot see it.

    There is no minimum size. Small jobs get the same schedule and the same record as large ones.
